  • Field Service Manager  

    - Vancouver

    About the Role Quench Canada is seeking a key contributor to join our team as a full time Field Service Manager, reporting to the Director of Field Service & Supply Chain. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for general customer management, installations and lead a team of Field Service Technicians. The FSM will also ensure timely and exceptional service is deployed to all our customers in their region. Key Responsibilities Effective execution of all proactive and reactive services, including preventative maintenance, equipment installations, and on-site repairs. Provide continued technical training for all Field Service Technicians under their purview. Maintain and manage inventory at the branch level, including accurate data entry into perpetual inventory system. Maintain detailed records of service activities, including job orders, client interactions, and equipment status with the ERP system. Analyze service data to identify trends and areas of improvement Ensure all field service operations are conducted in accordance with health and safety policies & regulations. Manage staffing levels and needs for their given region, including but not limited to, employee relations, hiring, & onboarding Collaborate with peers and other managers, as part of the leadership team, to ensure the success of all cross-functional initiatives Accountable for the achievement of KPIs and productivity goals set for their team Support the Director of FS & SC on various FS & SC initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management, or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management. 2-4 years of progressive experience overseeing a field operations team required Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and team management skills required Valid driver’s license in good standing Forklift Certified preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advance knowledge in excel Additional Information Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country of posting Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check

  • Field Sales Account Executive

    About the Role Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Field Sales Account Executive will play a key role in prospecting to existing customers with the highest potential for growth. The Field Sales Account Executive will create strategies to identify and close new revenue opportunities within their designated book of accounts in our existing customer base.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Meeting or exceeding specific quotas and sales metrics by identifying and closing new business opportunities within an assigned account base. Commitment to building and expanding current relationships within the existing book of business. Ability to review service and other contractual agreements and advise proper resolutions if required. Developing account strategies to uncover all potential opportunities in existing accounts. Understanding customer needs and decision-making process to develop and close optimum business solutions. Employing Salesforce and communications platforms to capture, manage pipeline, and close business. Partnering with the Customer Care teams to build strong relationships with customers. Maintaining a broad knowledge of competitive markets and sales techniques. Building strong customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
    Qualifications :
    Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needs. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and prompt communication. Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Excellent organized with good time management skills Enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit Competitive, aggressive sales nature with a desire to succeed and win.
