Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. What You Bring 5 + years of proven experience managing warehouse operations in a distribution or 3PL setting. Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and operational success Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control systems. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. A customer-first mindset and a passion for service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
