Could It Be You? The Head of Sales and 3rd Party Distribution is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall strategy, management, and execution of sales and distribution channels for the bank’s core product lines, specifically Alternate Single‑Family Home Mortgages, Multi‑Family Home Mortgages, and Deposit Products (e.g., Broker GICs, Term Deposits). This role will drive market share growth, accelerate distribution capabilities, ensure rigorous regulatory compliance, and build a high‑performing sales team focused on achieving ambitious revenue and volume targets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. 1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy tailored to the specific product mix (mortgages and deposits) to achieve profitable growth targets. Spearhead activity to significantly increase penetration in the single‑family and multi‑family mortgage markets, including developing relationships with key intermediaries and builders. Lead the strategic assessment and execution plan for expanding the bank’s sales and distribution footprint into new geographic markets. Product & Performance Management Collaborate closely with Product, Operations and Marketing teams on product design, and promotional strategies for all mortgage and brokered deposit products. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales performance, channel effectiveness, customer acquisition cost, and profitability across all product lines. Provide regular, insightful performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management team and the Board.     We’re looking for our next Manager, Finance - Deposit & Money Movement. Could It Be You? The Manager, Finance – Controllership (Deposit & Money Movement) is responsible for the financial integrity, accounting governance, and regulatory reporting of the bank’s deposit products, with a specialized focus on Nominee GICs and Trust Deposits. This role ensures that high-volume money movement activities are accurately captured and that the bank remains compliant with CDIC (Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation) and OSFI requirements. You will lead a team of finance professionals to manage the month-end close, provide technical accounting guidance on deposit instruments, and maintain a robust control environment for fiduciary and nominee-held assets.

    In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Financial Accounting & Controllership

    Oversee the end-to-end month-end close for deposit products, ensuring accurate recording of interest expense, accrued interest, and fee income.

    Manage complex accounting reconciliations for Nominee GICs, ensuring sub-ledger data aligns with the general ledger and external intermediary records.

    Govern the accounting treatment for Trust Deposits, ensuring strict adherence to fiduciary accounting standards and internal segregation of funds policies.

    Regulatory Reporting & Compliance

    We’re looking for our next Manager, Finance - Unsecured Lending. Could It Be You? The Manager, Finance – Controllership (Unsecured Lending) is a critical role responsible for overseeing the financial integrity, reporting, and control environment for Questbank’s Credit Card and Unsecured Lending portfolios. Reporting to the Director, Accounting & Financial Operations, you will lead the month-end close process, ensure adherence to IFRS and regulatory standards, and provide insightful analysis on portfolio performance to senior leadership. This role acts as a primary liaison between business units, treasury, and corporate reporting teams to ensure accurate financial representation of these high-volume retail products.

    We are seeking a strategic and forward‑thinking Manager, Software Engineering to lead a complex technology portfolio. In this role, you will move work on day‑to‑day coding and oversee the engineering members of one or more squads, focusing on dependency management, short and long‑term architectural goals, and the maturation of our engineering culture.

    The ideal candidate is an active thought leader who works closely with Product Management, Designers, and other key stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class applications. You will articulate the business value of technology, drive architectural decisions in partnership with Senior Leaders, and champion talent development within the department, serving as a bridge between technical strategy and business mission.

    Education & Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in back end technologies with 3+ years in people management

    Degree, diploma, or equivalent directly related work experience in Computer Science or Engineering.

    Digital financial services experience is highly preferred.

    Experience in enterprise‑grade solutioning is highly desirable.

    Technical Proficiency Extensive knowledge in c++ development with experience with highly scalable low latency systems.

    Some experience in Cloud native development of Microservices, specifically using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and other Google Cloud Platform components.

    Familiarity with diverse data storage solutions including Google Cloud SQL, MongoDB, Redis Cache, and SQL Server.

    Understanding of event streaming and messaging architectures such as Google Pub/Sub, Kafka etc.

    Proficiency with modern CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools such as Gitlab, Jira, and Confluence.

    Strong skills in application performance tuning and optimization.

    Leadership & Strategic Capabilities Advanced ability to identify potential stakeholders, analyze expectations, and work independently to manage relationships across the organization.

    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and coach teams through change and ambiguity.

    Expertise in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, configuration, integration, testing, quality assurance, and post‑production support.

    Strong skills in risk mitigation and ensuring the scalability and maintainability of complex systems.

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business audiences.

    Compensation Information:

    Base salary range: $140,000 - $180,000

    The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full‑Time Permanent roles.
