THE ROLE Head of Merchandising, CPG Canada We are seeking a Head of Merchandising, CPG Canada to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delighting Quince’s growing customer base by launching and expanding the CPG product assortment (Health & Wellness, Beauty, Fragrance, Food & Beverage) on Quince Canada. We want to build on that value proposition and continue to scale in both existing and new product categories. This merchant leading CPG will be responsible for managing the assortment, revenue and margins, and overall growth trajectory of that product category.     THE ROLE We are seeking a

    Senior Merchandising Manager, Accessories & Footwear (Canada)

    to join our growing team. This role owns the end‑to‑end merchandising strategy for Handbags, Footwear, and Accessories, with full accountability for assortment, launches, revenue, margins, and long‑term category growth.     THE ROLE

    Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Paid Search

    We are seeking a Senior Manager Growth Marketing for Paid Search to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgement decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Moreover, the ideal candidate is energized by an environment where strategy, innovation and decision-making are intentionally distributed, where candor, speed and data are highly valued and colleagues at all levels hold each other to unusually high standards on behalf of Quince customers.

    As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Paid Search you will build the performance marketing for Canada from 0 to 1. This role will play a major part in accelerating Quince’s growth in Canada.

    Responsibilities

    Own and execute the full performance marketing strategy across paid search - including Google Shopping, Google Search, UAC, ASA, YouTube and Bing.

    Drive both new customer acquisition and retargeting efforts across web and app.

    Manage channels end-to-end, from strategic campaign planning, bidding strategy, keyword optimization, A/B testing, and achieving ROAS efficiency targets.

    Continuously experiment and optimize campaigns by testing new products, formats, and landing pages.

    Build a strong feedback loop with cross-functional partners to refine strategies and support supply chain planning.

    Partner with the creative strategy team (creative strategists, video editors, graphic designers) to concept, develop, and launch high-performing ad assets tailored to platform best practices.

    Work with ad tech and marketing operations teams to automate reporting, improve data visibility, and streamline campaign management, optimization workflows, incrementality testing, attribution, and A/B testing processes.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    8+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on Google Text Ads, Google Shopping, Google Search, ASA,UAC and Youtube.

    Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor along with experience in Bing Ads

    In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices

    Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

    Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment

    Have strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadline and priorities with ease

    Test, Learn and Scale mindset

    We are seeking a Senior Manager Growth Marketing, Paid Social to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing – you will build the performance marketing for Canada from 0 to 1. This role will play a major part in accelerating Quince’s growth in Canada. Responsibilities

    Own and execute the full performance marketing strategy primarily across paid social channels—including Meta DPA, non-DPA, AppLovin, Tik Tok and more across categories. Drive both new customer acquisition and retargeting efforts across web and app, ensuring strong funnel performance and achieving ROAS efficiency targets. Manage channels end-to-end, from strategic campaign planning and audience segmentation to A/B testing, optimization, and achieving ROAS and efficiency targets. Continuously experiment and optimize campaigns by testing new products, creatives, formats, and landing pages. Build a strong feedback loop with cross-functional partners to refine ad strategies and support supply chain planning. Partner with the creative strategy team (creative strategists, video editors, graphic designers) to concept, develop, and launch high-performing ad assets tailored to platform best practices. Work with ad tech and marketing operations teams to automate reporting, improve data visibility, and streamline campaign management, optimization workflows, incrementality testing, attribution, and A/B testing processes. Qualifications

    Required: 6+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta, programs at scale, with direct ownership of large marketing budgets. Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager. Deep understanding of Meta’s best practices including campaign structure, creative optimization. Experience driving performance across both web and app. Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and leverage insights to inform decisions and optimize performance. Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Test‑and‑learn mentality, embracing experimentation to unlock growth and scale successful strategies. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and experience working with Sigma, Lookr etc. Preferred: AppLovin and Tik Tok experience preferred. Pay Range
