Required Skills and Knowledge:ServiceNow Platform: Deep experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Software Asset Management, and CMDB configuration.IT Infrastructure: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure topologies, including servers (Windows/Linux), networks, and applications.Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with cloud resource discovery and management.Scripting and APIs: Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, JavaScript) and experience with API-based integrations.Networking and Security: Knowledge of authentication, user policies, and permissions to ensure secure access for discovery probes, sensors, and patterns.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex discovery issues.ITIL Framework: Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Configuration Management.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of presenting complex technical matters in a clear and understandable way to executives.
