What you’ll doLead estimating for interior fit-out projects from bid/no-bid through submission.Complete detailed quantity take-offs and trade breakdowns from drawings and specs.Prepare and coordinate bid packages to subtrades; review, level, and compare quotes.Identify scope gaps, risks, VE options, and opportunities to strengthen our bid.Work closely with project managers and operations to align pricing with means and methods.Maintain and refine cost history, unit rates, and trade coverage for future tenders.
