  • Our client, a first class branded hotel company in the Niagara area is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to assist the Executive Housekeeper in, and be responsible for, the daily administration and operation of the housekeeping department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
    She/he will ensure all guestrooms, public and back of the house areas are maintained to standard and meticulously cleaned, organize training for the entire department to enable them to consistently deliver outstanding room product and personalized service, provide guests and employees a safe environment to stay and work in.
    The individual should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in supervisory/management capacity in a hotel environment, proven training skills, should be an analytical thinker with the ability to see opportunities to improve work practices and processes in order to positively impact employee and guest satisfaction. Understands hotel branding and standards
    She/he should have high degree of competency in a number of housekeeping programs/systems and must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail, strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills, dynamic, energetic, creative and thrives under pressure. This position reports to the Executive Housekeeper

  • Hotel Director of Food & Beverage – Toronto, Ontario(Must be legally authorized to work in Canada)
    The Director of Food & Beverage (DF&B) provides strategic and operational leadership for all food and beverage outlets within a branded hotel in Toronto. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary and service experiences, driving profitability, maintaining brand standards, and leading a high-performing, guest-focused team. The Director of Food & Beverage is a key member of the hotel’s Executive Committee and partners closely with the General Manager.
