We're scaling quickly and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for outbound leads. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company with a clear career trajectory into an Account Executive (AE) position.
The Role
As SDR, you'll play a key role in fueling Rendify's sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for prospecting, calling and qualifying leads. Booking demos for our Account Executive.
Your success in this role will directly impact the company's growth and set you up for fast progression. High-performing SDRs will have the opportunity to advance into an AE role within 3–6 months.
Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- 40 Cold Calls and 40 Outbound Emails daily
- Conduct cold calls to identify client and book opportunities
- Schedule high-quality demo meetings for Account Executives based on defined qualification criteria
- Maintain accurate and organized records in our CRM
- Work closely with Account Executive and Marketing to optimize lead conversion and refine messaging
- Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified meetings and conversion rates. If target is met and exceeded, bonus is guaranteed
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or similar role)
- Strong communication skills — active listener, clear speaker, and persuasive writer
- Proactive, resourceful, and driven by results
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Interest in architecture, design, or 3D visualization is a plus
- Based in Canada and fluent in English
