Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver analysis to inform decision-making. Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for Anaplan and other reporting tools. Continuously improve planning processes, reporting tools, and data flows for efficiency & insight. Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements in all enterprise reporting activities. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, leveraging Anaplan and other enterprise platforms to drive efficiency and scalability. Present enterprise-level insights and recommendations to executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and business performance management. Knowledge, skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 4 years’ experience in Anaplan model building, administration, and enterprise planning Certified Anaplan Model Builder and/or Solution Architect Proficient in designing, optimizing, and maintaining complex Anaplan models Strong skills in Excel (Power Pivot, VBA), SQL, Python, and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy) Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP systems (JDE) Knowledge of data governance, security protocols, and technical troubleshooting Excellent communication and documentation abilities Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience in consumer products, retail, health care, and manufacturing Asset: Advanced statistical modeling, scenario analysis, process automation Experience with databases such as Big Query, GreenPlum, Exadata, or Redshift is a plus.
