** Role is based in Brockville Ontario** Our company is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves performing minor repair and maintenance tasks around the building, as well as cleaning and maintaining the common areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Responsibilities include: Performing light repairs such as painting, patching, and other minor handyman tasks Cleaning and maintaining common areas (hallways, lobbies, stairwells, etc.) Ensuring building standards are upheld at all times Using company-provided supplies and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Requirements: Previous experience in basic maintenance and cleaning is an asset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and reliability Physically able to perform cleaning and light repair duties Position Details: Part-time role (schedule to be discussed) Supplies and equipment will be provided Competitive hourly rate based on experience If you are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept building, we encourage you to apply.
