    Who we're looking for Rogers is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager (DM) to join the Wireline Network Implementation BC team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will own the end to end delivery of wireline network build and greenfield projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and occupancy dates are rigorously planned, tracked, and met. Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and expert use of ADM to maintain accurate project status, milestone updates, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal construction crews, civil and engineering teams, and outsourced contractors, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with approved designs.

    This role is Full time Temporary for 12 months.

    What you'll do

    Own and manage wireline deployment, augmentation, and greenfield projects from initiation through implementation and closeout

    Maintain accurate and up to date project plans, milestones, and dependencies in ADM, ensuring data integrity and delivery visibility

    Ensure all ADM milestones are updated regularly and consistently

    Protect critical occupancy dates for greenfield projects, proactively managing risks and recovery plans

    Manage outsourced contractor delivery, including scope definition, execution oversight, progress tracking, and milestone validation

    Coordinate effectively with internal field crews, civil engineers, and construction partners

    Review and interpret civil, electrical, and network design drawings to support planning, execution, and issue resolution

    Utilize or review outputs from BricsCAD (or similar CAD tools) to validate designs and construction readiness

    Develop and manage project schedules, critical paths, and dependencies

    Forecast, order, and track equipment and material requirements

    Track, manage, and forecast project budgets, ensuring visibility and accuracy

    Identify and manage project risks and issues, driving timely escalation and resolution

    Deliver clear, concise stakeholder communications, including status reporting, risks, and next steps

    Support continuous improvement through process, template, and delivery best practice enhancements

    What you bring

    Demonstrated experience delivering wireline network build or infrastructure projects, including greenfield developments

    Expert working knowledge of ADM and strong discipline in maintaining accurate milestone and status updates

    Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

    Proven experience managing outsourced contractor delivery and coordinating with internal field crews

    Ability to read and interpret civil, electrical, and construction drawings

    Civil Engineering background or education is an asset (junior, intermediate, or senior level considered)

    Experience or working knowledge of BricsCAD (or similar CAD/design tools) is an asset

    Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies

    Project Management designation (PMP or equivalent) is an asset
