Le/la représentant.e technique sera responsable de maintenir nos relations avec nos clients actuels et de développer de nouvelles affaires. Il collaborera directement avec les producteurs de béton, de béton préfabriqué, de blocs de béton, etc., dans le but de stimuler la croissance des ventes des produits de la chimie de la construction des gammes de Chryso et d’Interstar. Coordonner les activités des ventes au Québec et dans l’est de l’Ontario. Veiller à l’augmentation des parts de marché, de la rentabilité et de la satisfaction de la clientèle. Soutenir les autres représentants techniques des ventes dans le cadre des activités clés, sous la direction directe du gestionnaire du district. Responsabilités principales: Diriger le développement et l’application des plans des clients et des actions qui mènent à la croissance.     The Production Supervisor, reporting to the Production Manager, is responsible for fostering a culture of engagement across plant teams to consistently achieve operational objectives. This role ensures collaborative decision-making aligned with plant goals, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), safety requirements, and HR guidelines. Additionally, the Production Supervisor oversees all site activities and serves as the primary point of contact during off‑hours and weekends when plant management is unavailable. Whether you're starting your career or looking to transition into the manufacturing field, our 18-month Essentials of Manufacturing (EOM) program represents the first step in your journey with us. This program is part of a full-time, permanent position and supports the first 18 months of your career at Saint-Gobain. Program Overview: Our 18-month development program places participants in a full-time operational role, giving them the opportunity to strengthen their manufacturing skills while gaining exposure to Saint-Gobain North America. Each participant is assigned to a manufacturing site for 18 months and travels quarterly to other Saint-Gobain facilities across North America. Participants spend 80% of their time on local site projects and 20% on EOM program activities. Many of these activities are designed to accelerate career development and long-term professional growth, including virtual and classroom training, hands-on learning experiences, and a wide range of networking opportunities. Participation in training sessions and quarterly events is mandatory to complete the program. Participants are expected to attend all activities unless exceptional circumstances arise. While start dates may vary, the EOM program officially begins each July and concludes 18 months later, in December of the following year. After completing the program, EOM engineers work closely with our dedicated HR team to identify an operational role at one of our 160 sites across North America. While placement is not guaranteed, most graduates of the EOM program are able to choose from multiple opportunities within Saint-Gobain. IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? The role duties and responsibilities will vary depending on the location. Some examples of specific responsibilities are: Providing engineering support for site process improvements. Supporting safety/sustainability initiatives at the plant. Implementing new automation processes at the site.
