The best results start with different ideas. ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a Group Creative Director to lead creative excellence for a tier-1 North American client. This is a unique opportunity to shape the work, the team, and the client relationship while combining leadership with hands-on creativity. You’ll be instrumental in answering briefs, elevating ideas from good to great, developing client relationships, and evaluating project prioritization for maximum impact. This role requires a leader who is confident delivering 360-degree marketing approaches and big, media-neutral ideas that live seamlessly across experiential, digital, social, and traditional mediums. A strong foundation in (and passion for) experiential marketing is essential, ensuring the work consistently connects with audiences in meaningful and innovative ways. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the creative vision, ensuring all work is aligned with client goals and brand strategy. Develop your own creative work as a hands-on contributor, setting a high standard for the team. Push team ideas beyond expectations to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns. Bring proactive thinking to brands when culturally relevant opportunities arise. Team Management Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth. Provide constructive feedback to guide team members (CD, ACD, Jr Creative, Designers) in refining their ideas and skills. Partner with strategy, production, and account teams to ensure seamless project execution. Client Engagement Act as the primary creative point of contact for the client, building trust and maintaining a strong partnership. Present concepts and campaigns with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale. Translate client briefs and feedback into actionable direction while defending great creative work when needed. Strategic Oversight Prioritize programs, projects, and resources to maximize team efficiency and impact. Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to keep the work fresh and relevant. Leverage a deep understanding of experiential marketing to ensure work is feasible within brief parameters and resonates in real-world applications. Help the agency develop a strong and positive relationship with the advertising community to help recruit top talent. QUALIFICATIONS 12+ years of creative experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role (Group Creative Director, Creative Director, or similar). Proven ability to balance management and execution, excelling in both areas. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of standout campaigns, with a focus on experiential and integrated marketing. Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills. Experience managing tier-1 clients and large-scale campaigns.     ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for the big thinking 3D designer that helps take ideas for our clients and deliver awe-inspiring designs and renderings that continue to set the high bar for concepts at SALT XC.
    As a 3D Experiential Designer at SALT XC, you should have extensive knowledge of 3D design software (ideally more than one) and a true sense of experiential thinking when it comes to consumer journey and flow. Ultimately, an excellent hire for this role will ensure that the world class ideas for our clients are brought to life at the concept phase in a way that excites and helps us lock in fresh new ideas in the XM space.
    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Manage 3D design projects from concept to delivery of client-facing presentations Review junior designer drafts to ensure quality Generate fresh concepts in partnership with our Creative leads Work alongside fellow designers to incorporate 2D elements into concepts Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met Keep up to date with industry developments
    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS A 3D, industrial, or environmental design qualification or similar 5+ years proven work experience as a 3D Designer Portfolio of work including 3D designs for installations, pop-ups, set design and/or large events Working experience with 2D/3D design software (Adobe CS, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema4d, etc.) Enthusiasm for using Blender as your primary 3D tool A keen eye for composition, color, form, and visual details Understanding of exhibit design and construction Ability to manage priorities and collaborate with team members
