Saturn has an opportunity for a full time, onsite, FP&A Analyst based in the Calgary, Alberta office. Reporting to the Controller, the FP&A Analyst will partner with the FP&A team and business unit leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for all corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter that thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, evolving environment. Responsibilities Provide clear insights into financial performance, cost drivers, and trends that inform decision‑making. Lead the front end of the cost allocation: Interpret and justify allocation assumptions and cost drivers. Communicate methodologies to stakeholders. Collaborate with accounting and IT teams to execute allocations in the system. Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports in Excel and Power BI to monitor and communicate Corporate Services results. Collaborate with other finance teams across the broader Finance organization. Support internal initiatives and provide financial insight on key corporate projects and business cases. Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects across the FP&A team as required. Drive process improvement and innovation in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; CPA designation (or working toward) an asset. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting or financial analysis roles. Proven experience supporting corporate or shared services functions (e.g. IT, HR, Legal, Facilities). Strong understanding of cost allocation principles, drivers, and standard costing concepts. Demonstrated ability to partner with, and present to, Director, VP, and Executive‑level stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Oil & Gas experience an asset.
