Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, must have experience leading a team.Must have a proven ability to build relationships cross-departmentally.Hands-on, willing and able to jump on a forklift when needed.University degree and / or CCLP (CITT) designation would be a definite asset.

A successful and growing distributor with a 65-year track record of success is seeking a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR for a fast-paced warehouse in Surrey. We need a hands-on leader who is ready to take responsibility for a small warehouse operation. Our client offers good compensation, and a strong benefits package, with definite opportunities for advancement.
We need an experienced supervisor who can take full ownership of all inbound, outbound and inventory functions in a fast-paced pick-pack environment. The 40,000 square foot operation has very little in the way of systems and automation, so we need someone who is comfortable working in a highly manual setting.
The company is working toward standardized processes and best practices across the organization, so we are looking for someone who can manage change effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an experienced supervisor and go-getter who wants a bigger scope of responsibility.
