This role focuses on the creation and analysis of digital marketing campaigns and increasing brand visibility.     THE ROLE The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate on creating digital marketing campaigns, enhance website performance, and optimize SEO to increase brand visibility to support marketing and company strategies. The Digital Marketing Specialist will measure, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
    ABOUT YOU Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have: Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies Experience in website management (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media platforms, measuring campaign performance and optimizing marketing efforts Expertise in creating and managing digital campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to enhance strategies Ability to manage a budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of resources for marketing initiatives
    HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies Manage multiple projects and campaigns Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising Create and management of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and brand visibility Design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites and landing-pages in collaboration with internal teams or external partners, ensuring excellent user experience Grow the social media presence across all channels for multiple brands by creating and curating engaging content Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement Identify trends and insights and optimize spend performance based on insights and best practices Create and manage press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, and blogs tailored to key audiences

    With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Marketing Assistant at our office in Vittoria, ON. This role reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Marketing Manager.

    THE ROLE The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in the Marketing department, executing marketing and communication strategies for Scotlynn and our growing divisions. This role will enhance brand presence across multiple platforms while contributing to broader marketing initiatives.
    This role could also known as marketing coordinator, advertising assistant and/or digital marketing assistant.
    ABOUT YOU Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have: Understanding of digital marketing channels and social media strategies Experience with graphic design Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively
    Work experience in roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: marketing, social media marketing, advertising.
    HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN Collaborating with the Marketing department and social media team on various social media platforms Develop and execute creative content, including original graphics, photography, video, and written material Stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing Assist with keyword research and implement SEO strategies Collaborate with internal teams for website design, landing pages, and optimize user experience Support internal stakeholders to create content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, digital signage, and internal email newsletters
    YOUR COMMITMENT This is a full-time, permanent role Work in office from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday

    THE ROLE
    The Apprentice Technician role is for organized individuals who are passionate about learning the mechanics trade and developing skills to advance their career.

    Apprentice Technicians are responsible for inspecting vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment, performing repairs, and assisting in inventory tracking.

    How Youll Do It
    Review maintenance schedule and work orders Diagnostic, service and preventative maintenance of storage and equipment/machinery Test and adjust repaired systems to performance specifications Provide clear communication and excellent customer service skills to drivers and customers in a team environment
