What We're Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with inspecting and designing building mechanical systems. Preference will be given to experience with working on existing buildings.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college.
Proven experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design for buildings, building systems, life cycle analysis, and cost estimation for Canadian projects.
Registered or actively pursuing registration with EGBC (Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
