As a Project Coordinator on our Reconstruction Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all back-office functions for the team that is responsible for rebuilding our customers homes and businesses after a water, fire or mold loss. The following is a summary of responsibilities: Responsibilities Create customer payment schedules, invoice customers and assist with collections Coordinate getting project estimates created and submitted for approval Monitor project progress and send incremental invoices to customers Orchestrate initial scope meetings, project kick-offs and other meetings between the customers and our field team Track project status in DASH and maintain updated statuses for every project Attend internal status meetings to provide updates on all ongoing projects Coordinate onboarding subcontractors and facilitate payment of subcontractor invoices Work with the internal construction team to create change orders and insurance supplements Ensure all paperwork required end-to-end is completed by customers Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders will be essential to delivering successful reconstruction projects and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, construction management, project management or a related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
