    Position Summary:
    We are a vibrant and forward-thinking company on the lookout for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern eager to gain hands-on experience in planning and supporting offline marketing events and online social media campaigns. Our company is focused on creating unique and engaging brand experiences for our customers, and we believe that events and activations are an essential way to make an impactful and lasting connection with our target audience. As a Marketing Intern, you will be instrumental in assisting with the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging customers, and supporting lead generation efforts.

    Responsibilities:
    ● Collaborate in the production of high-quality written and visual content for various social media platforms and PR releases that showcase our products and brand identity. ● Assist with gaining consumer insights by collecting information on market trends, customer needs, and both online and offline consumer behavior, as well as competitor analysis. ● Assist in the execution of experiential events, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals. ● Support the coordination of campaign ideas, execution plans, product orders, and event logistics in collaboration with agencies, including location scouting and budget management. ● Manage inventory and materials for marketing events, oversee quantity management, and assist in the inbound and outbound warehouse logistics management. ● Participate in tracking and analyzing event performance metrics, assisting in the generation of reports to attendance, engagement, and overall return on investment (ROI). ● Collaborate with internal teams, including local cross function teams and headquarter teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to the events and activations. ● Share event-related information and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment and support the overall marketing objectives.

    Qualifications:
    ● Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● Available to work on-site for at least 3 days a week and commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months. ● Strong interest in social media marketing and event marketing. ● Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and CapCut. ● Proficient in office software, including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a native level of proficiency. ● Basic project management skills with an ability to assist in managing multiple tasks effectively. ● Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail. ● Basic analysis skills to understand and apply event metrics and analytics. ● Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to various marketing initiatives.
    This is a paid internship, offering a wage of $18 per hour.

    Responsibilities: -Use Operations research, statistics, machine learning, forecasting techniques and structured programming languages to provide persistent analytical services to Distribution Centre operations and transportation. -Build statistical modelling, forecasting, applications development, and provide relevant support to Distribution Centre and transportation teams. -Leverage the understanding of the business process to identify and implement solutions which will result in significant bottom-line contributions. -Identify, research, and solve complex problems using big data. -Use the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC approach to design analytic plans and develop hypotheses to test. -Understand the limitations of analysis (what it can and cannot be used for). -Understand the logic and essence behind the numbers (i.e. does it make sense?). -Keep learning and be knowledgeable about the latest analytical methods and research. -Present the analytical conclusions to the management and leadership team and support the decision-making process. -Conduct training on how to use LEAN tools for the management and leadership team. -Show a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both outside and inside stakeholders of the company. -Ensure that operational activities meet the corporate quality standards and industrial benchmark. -Establish, define, formulate and execute cost reduction projects which align with the strategic goals and objectives. -Drive the continuous improvement of culture, principles and best practices to deliver operational expectations for the Distribution Centre
    Qualifications: -Post-secondary education from an accredited university or equivalent qualification. -2-6 years of experience in mathematical programming and applying advanced statistical forecasting techniques. -Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and Distribution Center operations. -Proven experience in implementing and maintaining LEAN operational practices and tools -Passion for diving into data - you are able to get the data you need and turn it into a story. -Skillful in converting data analysis into decision advice. -Good customer-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to safety and quality. -Self-driven, be able to initiate large projects and focus on high-impact targets. -A solid team player with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and the capabilities in managing various stakeholders efficiently. -Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems(WMS) and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio.
