Develop supplier capability to meet current and future requirements while supporting cost reduction opportunities and process improvements. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial, mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience as a Manufacturing Engineer and/or Supplier Quality Engineer in qualifying suppliers for casting, machining and coating. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001), Supplier Quality Management, inspection methodologies, and quality improvement tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Expertise in manufacturing processes, drawing interpretation, and collaboration with design engineering to ensure manufacturability; experience with hot blades and vanes at casting facilities is a plus. Proven ability to manage complex investigations and projects end‑to‑end, including PPQs and supplier quality issues; SAP proficiency is a plus.
