Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Administration and Finance Manager plays a central role within the organization.
You will ensure the company's sound financial management while actively contributing to process structure, performance analysis, and management decision support. Key Responsibilities Accounting and Financial Management Maintain complete accounting records (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, month-end entries). Participate in quarterly and annual closings. Prepare and analyze financial reports (income statements, cash flow, receivables and payables). Prepare tax returns and other government remittances. Collaborate with external partners (CPA, controller, service providers). Budgeting and Financial Control Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Analyze variances and provide recommendations to management. Optimize cash flow management and anticipate liquidity needs. Develop and maintain financial dashboards. Continuous Improvement and Structuring Participate in the implementation and optimization of the ERP system (Odoo). Propose and implement improvements to accounting and financial processes. Education and Experience College diploma (DEC) in Accounting, Business Administration, or Management (or equivalent). 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of general accounting principles. Comfort with accounting software and ERP systems (Odoo or equivalent). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with invoicing, customer follow-ups, and cash management. Personal Qualities High level of accuracy, autonomy, and organizational skills. Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking. Proactive mindset with a strong interest in continuous improvement. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
