About the Role
The Associate Director, Enterprise Systems oversees the university’s enterprise resource planning systems, including the selection, design, delivery, continuous improvement, maintenance, and operations of the portfolio of services and systems. Working in partnership with members of the university community, the Associate Director, Enterprise Systems creates strategic plans based on organizational goals and oversees the development of actionable projects and resource work plans based on these strategic plans. The role ensures enterprise systems and interfaces are consistent with ITS architectural principles and practices and ensures an appropriate balance between technical and functional resources supporting the overall goals of the Department.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computing Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and eight years of related experience in areas such as enterprise resource planning systems preferably in the post-secondary education or public domain, with at least three of those years managing or supervising operational teams, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
