    This is a high-ownership role reporting to the VP of R&D, where you will shape core product capabilities and help advance next-generation navigation technology.

What You’ll Do✔ Build and ship features end to end: design → implement → test → review → release → support ✔ Work at the intersection of 3D geometry, imaging, and healthcare ✔ Develop and integrate algorithms for image processing, analysis, and navigation workflows ✔ Build responsive desktop UIs using C#/.NET, WPF, and WinUI ✔ Elevate code quality through testing, reviews, profiling, and clean documentation ✔ Collaborate closely with clinicians to translate real-world workflows into robust software
