Your role will be to create a welcoming, informed, and helpful experience every time.Answering a high volume of inbound patient calls with professionalism and warmthEducate patients on our clinics, services, and treatment optionsGuide patients through our process with clarity and compassionUpsell and cross-sell services in a patient-first wayResolve concerns quickly and empatheticallyMaintain accurate patient records and documentationMeet or exceed performance metrics (call volume, response time, resolution, etc.)Your goal is simple: make every patient interaction informative, reassuring, and helpful.
