• Serve as the central owner and curator of all Microsoft messaging across Softchoice and World Wide Technology.
• Continuously evolve the Microsoft narrative using customer insight, market signals, competitive dynamics, and platform changes.
• Extend and adapt the narrative for priority industries and use cases, ensuring relevance across segments and verticals.
• Establish clear frameworks, guidance, and guardrails that allow solution teams to align to the Microsoft narrative while maintaining solution-level differentiation.
Drive alignment across solutions and segments

• Provide strategic direction and practical guidance to support consistent activation of Microsoft messaging across SMB/Commercial solutions.
• Act as the connective tissue between enterprise-level Microsoft positioning and solution-level execution.
Enable scalable adoption through sales enablement
• Work closely with Sales Enablement and GTM Enablement teams to ensure Microsoft messaging is embedded across enablement materials, plays, and field-facing assets.
• Partner with enablement teams to translate Microsoft messaging into simple, repeatable talk tracks and narratives that can be confidently articulated by sales teams across all segments.
• Ensure Microsoft messaging is not only accurate, but usable: designed for clarity, consistency, and adoption in real-world selling motions.
• Support enablement efforts by providing clear messaging frameworks that can be easily applied across training, onboarding, and ongoing field communications.
Partner with marketing and go-to-market teams
• Support marketing activation across Enterprise and SMB/Commercial segments, ensuring the enterprise Microsoft narrative is consistently reflected in campaigns, programs, and field-facing experiences
• Work cross-functionally with Microsoft practice leaders, sales leaders, and solution owners to ensure messaging reflects real capabilities, priorities, and customer outcomes.
• Act as a strategic advisor on Microsoft positioning across marketing, sales, and solution teams.
