What You'll Do
Consultative Selling
Demonstrate executive presence and expertise in face-to-face interactions with VPs and C-level executives. Address complex challenges faced by larger organizations, facilitating in-depth discovery and opportunity qualification across the enterprise. Lead complex sales involving multi-threaded solutions, including AI, Cloud, Advanced Workplace, Professional Services, Partner, and Managed Services. Collaborate with customers to develop comprehensive roadmaps that align our Professional Services and Cloud capabilities with business outcomes. Guide customers through the transition to new solutions, engaging stakeholders and providing comprehensive training and support through professional services to ensure successful adoption and sustained utilization.
Account Management
Drive growth and manage a book of business focused on services, including pipeline generation, forecasting, and achieving sales quotas. Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive accounts and close plans. Presentation and Communication
Ability to create and deliver relevant and tailored presentations to customers and partners. Good room presence and the ability to adjust on the fly. Pay Range For Chicago
The typical pay range for this role is $74,640 - $93,300.
Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.

Your primary goal is to acquire new buying accounts (NBAs) while expanding your territory and growing your customer base. There are no in office expectations but you would complete up to 8 on site visits per week. What you’ll do: The Commercial Acquisition Account Executive (CAAE) is a direct quota carrier, you will be focused on developing prospect accounts leveraging cold calling and acquisition strategies in an assigned territory. Understand customer needs, motivations, and potential objections. Predict and influence buyer behavior and align with customer needs. Prioritize the customer in everything you do and view selling as a strategic partnership. Partner with executives from leading tech companies to develop creative and innovative solutions. Continuously enhance your business acumen, manage your pipeline efficiently, and demonstrate leadership when challenges arise. Manage all aspects of account management, including processing quotes and orders, and exceeding customer expectations What you bring to the table 2+ years' experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Experience in prospecting and cold calling, with a successful track record of acquiring new buying accounts. Proven track record of reaching sales targets and market growth plans. Experience in outbound selling is a plus. Active listening skills and the ability to pivot your pitch based on real-time customer information. High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building. Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients. Problem-solving skills with an ability to think outside the box. A driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High School diploma or equivalent. Not sure if you qualify?
