As Our Americas' Expansion Product Manager You’ll define the strategic roadmap for Sokin's banking connectivity across the Americas—determining which markets we expand into, what capabilities we need, and how our infrastructure evolves to serve our clients' needs. You'll be responsible for building the business case for market expansion, analyzing client demand, payment volumes, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements to prioritize where Sokin should establish presence next. This means understanding the specific payment needs of different American markets—from ACH requirements to local clearing preferences—and translating those into clear technical and commercial requirements. Working closely with our Banking Partnerships team, you'll define what we need from banking relationships in each market, then collaborate on sourcing and evaluating potential partners. Once partnerships are established, you'll work with engineering to scope and prioritize integration work, ensuring our technical implementation delivers the speed, reliability, and functionality our product roadmap requires. You'll own the ongoing performance and optimization of our Americas' banking infrastructure—monitoring transaction success rates, settlement times, and costs across different corridors, then identifying opportunities for improvement. This includes working with operations and engineering to resolve technical issues, evaluating when to add redundancy or alternative routes, and making data‑driven decisions about infrastructure investments. A critical part of this role involves staying ahead of the Americas' payments landscape—tracking developments in instant payment schemes, open banking regulations, and emerging settlement mechanisms—then determining how these trends should influence our strategy. You'll also gather feedback from clients and sales teams to understand where our current infrastructure is limiting growth or creating friction. Role & Responsibilities Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Work directly with a cross‑functional team of engineers to deliver value often. Spent time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to understand the value, feasibility, viability and usability of solutions. Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals. Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact. Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers. Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement.
