    WordPress Technical Platform Owner The WordPress Technical Platform Owner provides technical leadership for Sonova’s WordPress platform and website portfolio, ensuring strong architecture, performance, security, and scalability. This role serves as the technical owner of the platform, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, reliable web solutions aligned with business needs.

    Responsibilities

    Own WordPress platform architecture, including theme and plugin strategy, and define engineering standards and best practices

    Drive platform performance and security, including Core Web Vitals optimization, caching strategies, and regular technical audits

    Manage and prioritize the platform backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and long‑term platform strategy

    Develop detailed technical specifications for website features and ensure clear communication with internal teams and vendors

    Lead technical RFP creation, evaluate vendor proposals, and support vendor selection and onboarding

    Review and approve vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with architectural, security, and performance standards

    Act as the technical escalation point for platform-related issues and support release planning and delivery execution

    Senior Hardware Integration Developer and Test Lead The Senior Hardware Integration Developer and Test Lead is responsible for developing medical device hardware under the technical direction of the hardware Architect. This role defines hardware verification tests, creates verification plans, assigns testing activities, and leads projects to completion to ensure products meet specification and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and test medical device hardware systems including PCB design, sensor specification, and electro‑acoustic circuit simulation

    Provide technical project leadership and coordinate team responsibilities

    Define and execute hardware verification plans

    Test and verify hearing instruments including EA, EMC, magnetic, wireless, and audio quality aspects

    Provide feedback to Requirement Engineering on specification testability

    Support the Hardware Architect and Manager with project status reporting

    More about you

    Engineering degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Biomedical Engineering, or Physics

    10+ years of experience as a Senior HW Developer in a medical device environment

    Strong understanding of acoustics and analog/digital electronics

    Ability to lead and coach junior team members

    Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

    MSc or MBA is a plus

    A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead performance across our Ontario Central region. This is a hybrid role, working remotely with regular travel to clinics across the region.

    As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you’ll drive revenue growth, coach and develop clinic leaders, and ensure a high standard of patient experience across a network of clinics.

    The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and is ideally based in the Halton region.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing network of clinic teams

    Drive sales performance across revenue, conversion, and demand generation

    Translate national strategies into strong regional execution

    Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

    Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance

    Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Operations

    Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across your region

    What You Bring

    8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (multi-site preferred)

    Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams

    Strong business acumen with a track record of driving results

    Experience in retail, healthcare, or a service-based industry is an asset

    Exceptional coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills

    Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

    Comfortable working in a hybrid role with regular travel

    Software QA Analyst This role requires on-site presence for at least four days per week.

    Our 'Corporate Manufacturing Engineering' department forms the interface between Sonova Research & Development and Operations, representing the technical engineering competence within Operations. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will collaborate closely with your teammates on projects related to Manufacturing Systems & Software that are deployed to global manufacturing sites. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing test cases, analyzing software defects, and qualifying product process plans that support hearing aid manufacturing and service. You’ll also be extending your impact by contributing to the QA test automation framework, pursuing special projects, and helping to evolve our team processes to the next level.

    Responsibilities:

    Support validation activities in a regulated environment; help maintain compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

    Work with product management, developers, and fellow QA analysts to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

    Produce clear, concise, and traceable test cases and results; contribute to testing strategy and risk-based testing approaches.

    Plan and execute functional, regression, integration testing, including product process plans qualifications, with traceability to requirements.

    Contribute to non-functional testing (usability, performance) where applicable.

    Use your creativity and experience to take self-directed exploratory approach to testing.

    Identify, document, and track defects; contribute to root cause analysis and verify bug fixes.

    Work closely with the team to ensure that timelines for deliverables are achieved by communicating status, findings, and progress on a regular basis.

    Contribute to the configuration and execution of the QA test automation framework; help define the evolution of the framework.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and QA tooling.

    Take on select initiatives including driving retrospectives, refining testing approaches, transferring/sharing knowledge.

    More about you:

    Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience in QA methodologies, test design techniques, risk-based testing, and defect lifecycle management; ISTQB or equivalent certifications are a strong asset.

    Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented abilities, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams; comfortable managing multiple priorities.

    Experience in medical devices or regulated processes in manufacturing or industrial software is a plus.
