    Estimating ExpertiseLead and grow the estimating function — setting standards for accuracy, competitiveness, and innovation.Manage complex civil estimates across site works, utilities, roadworks, and infrastructure.Drive continuous improvement in estimating processes and tools.Mentor and develop junior estimators to build a high‑performing estimating team.
    Business Development & Client GrowthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across municipal, private, and industrial sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and public agencies.Lead pursuit strategy, presentations, and negotiations for major civil contracts.Collaborate with marketing and operations to position the firm as a top choice for civil work.
