Role Overview The Inventory Planner owns SKU-level inventory health across Bushbalm's entire supply chain. This role translates the demand plan into actionable supply requirements, ensuring we maintain optimal finished goods and component inventory levels. Key Responsibilities Inventory Planning & Forecast Translation Convert the demand forecast into SKU-level supply requirements across all markets and channels. Build and maintain a rolling 6-12 month inventory plan for finished goods and components. Set stocking targets, safety stock, reorder points, and recommended order quantities. Model days of supply, sell-through velocity, seasonality, and lead times. Inventory Health & Risk Management Monitor inventory levels, risks, and projected stockouts daily. Identify overstock, understock, and future capacity issues early and elevate with clarity. Maintain visibility into on-hand, in-transit, and on-order inventory across all suppliers, co-man channels, and 3PLs. Own 'inventory availability' reporting for Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
