Position Overview: We’re seeking a STEM Curriculum Developer (Engineering) with 5–6 years of experience who can bring design thinking, innovation, and problem-solving to life for children. You’ll design engaging, project-based lessons aligned with the Ontario Curriculum that help students see themselves as creators, builders, and inventors. Key Responsibilities: Develop hands-on engineering and design-thinking projects (bridges, robotics, simple machines, structures). Align lessons with the Ontario Science & Technology Curriculum . Design real-world challenges that promote teamwork, creativity, and resilience. Create worksheets and project guides that build confidence in experimentation and problem-solving. Collaborate with curriculum, media, and instructional design teams to bring projects to life. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, STEM Education, or a related field . 5–6 years of experience in teaching, content creation, or curriculum development in STEM. Strong understanding of Ontario Curriculum engineering and design standards . Ability to motivate and inspire students to explore, experiment, and innovate.
