Job Summary As a key member of the Stephenson’s team, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the flow of goods within the branch or warehouse, in an organized and safe manner. This position will ensure that Stephenson’s branches are supplied as necessary by shipping and receiving goods, checking for accuracy, and appropriately processing orders. The Warehouse Associate will also support the overall function of the warehouse by stocking shelves, performing housekeeping activities within the work area, and operating a forklift in support of the movement of goods. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years Warehouse experience. Forklift license (counterbalance or reach truck) required. 1 year of Forklift experience Must be able lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Position is physically demanding – must have the ability to bend, crouch and kneel repetitively. Superior customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast‑paced team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Parts management from ordering, maintaining stock and inventory accuracy. Preparing paperwork for shipments. Shipping of products to branches, storage and customers. Safely load and unload (hand bombing) construction equipment. Manage computer transfers for incoming and outgoing inventory. Responsible for maintaining inventory of equipment with high level of accuracy. Supply equipment and parts to the service benches. Completion of equipment work orders. Assist in other duties required by the division as the season dictates. Adhere to all Company safety standards. Other duties as assigned. Objective The Territory Sales Consultant, Store (TSC) spends up to 80% of their time in the field local to their affiliated store to build and maintain relationships in the account portfolio, securing ongoing orders for all lines of our business. The TSC will be responsible for strengthening and building long-term customer relationships and addressing disputes to ensure quick resolutions as part of the relationship management process. Working closely with our specialty divisions and branch teams, the TSC’s role is to promote company programs and initiatives and to bring differentiated value to new and existing customers. Responsibilities: Create and execute a prospecting plan to secure new local customers within the assigned market area to strengthen the local client portfolio. Promote Stephenson’s products and services to customers, providing applications and promotional materials. Develop daily and weekly sales call plans for prospecting new accounts and connections with existing accounts. Complete and maintain call reports and sales plans accurately and in a timely manner. Provide the Branch Manager with regular updates on accounts for forecasting and collaboration and attend all sales meetings and events. Successfully establish new and/or build on existing customer relationships. Maintain sales funnels and communicate site information with sales and operations teams. Prepare and deliver annual customer pricing agreements and provide sales information for the budget process. Identify customer trends and make recommendations on new products, programs, and services. Ensure strong relationships and connections with internal partners (other TSCs, Branch/Hub Managers, and Store Teams) to review weekly sales activity, wins & challenges, and opportunities to increase market share. When required, load the required company vehicle and deliver items to customer sites. Requirements: Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred. 2 to 5 years experience in Sales and/or Customer Service, with a preference for a background in Rental Equipment or Construction. Valid G-Class Driver’s License with clean abstract. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining tight deadlines under multiple projects. Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks, manage projects, and solve problems. Acute business acumen and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the regional construction market is a strong asset.
