    THE COMPANY Our client has a passion for the performing arts and wants to create a unique organisation to help build children’s self-esteem and life skills. They use the performing arts to boost child development and their classes are specially devised. This is a hybrid role with three days a week in the office.

    THE ROLE As Head of Marketing you'll lead a small marketing team to deliver an integrated, B2C strategy. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth efforts by creating outbound strategies, launching and managing campaigns, optimising owned assets and using analytics to measure, refine and optimise performance. You will also utilise out of home and partnerships with local primary schools to drive engagement and conversion.

    Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

    Hands‑on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software

    Experience in managing a P&L

    Experience of working with founders, entrepreneurs, or owners.

    Leadership & management ability – you’ll manage a team and you’ll be comfortable bringing people with you on a growth journey.
