THE ROLE
As Head of Marketing you'll lead a small marketing team to deliver an integrated, B2C strategy. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth efforts by creating outbound strategies, launching and managing campaigns, optimising owned assets and using analytics to measure, refine and optimise performance. You will also utilise out of home and partnerships with local primary schools to drive engagement and conversion.

Experience of developing and implementing broad marketing strategies
In depth and hands on knowledge of different digital marketing channels from web optimisation, paid and SEO
Analytical and results driven; you’re able to interrogate data & understand quickly what is working then set, deliver & adjust a strategy, and present your plans and analysis to the rest of the company.
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Hands‑on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
Experience in managing a P&L
Experience of working with founders, entrepreneurs, or owners.
Leadership & management ability – you’ll manage a team and you’ll be comfortable bringing people with you on a growth journey.
