This is a contractor position requiring flexible hours and is ideal for professionals who take pride in their work, are self-motivated, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality Key Responsibilities: Perform full cleaning of rental homes between guest or tenant stays, including:
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces Changing linens and restocking basic supplies (if required) Reporting any damage or maintenance issues Ensure each property is guest-ready to a professional standard Maintain discretion and respect for client and guest privacy Work independently and manage scheduling based on turnover dates What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in residential or vacation rental cleaning (1+ year preferred) Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and consistency Dependable and punctual, with excellent time management skills Flexible availability — including some weekends and short-notice callouts Contractors are to supply their own cleaning supplies, equipment and reliable transportation Ability to follow specific checklists and client instructions Commitment to confidentiality and respect for private property Compensation: This is an independent contractor role. The contractor will be compensated at an hourly rate of $23/hour, based on services rendered. Contractors are required to: Track and submit hours worked on a bi-weekly basis
