  • Job Description: Human Resources Manager Location: Lasalle, QC Job Type: Full-time, In-office (Monday to Friday)

    Your Role: As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee HR policies and practices, manage day-to-day HR operations, and develop our workforce to support the company's goals.
    Key Responsibilities: Personnel Management:
    Supervise and coordinate two recruiters, ensuring efficient recruitment processes. Lead mass recruitment during peak hiring seasons (approx. 2 months/year). Manage international recruitment and immigration processes. Communicate regularly with employees to address concerns. Collaborate with payroll when necessary. HR Functions:
    Oversee benefits administration, RRSPs, collective insurance, and employee welfare. Optimize ADP HR platform for administrative processes. Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations. Training and Development:
    Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and growth. Address department-specific training needs. Health and Safety Claims:
    Manage workplace injury claims and ensure timely resolution. Required Skills and Experience: University degree in HR Management or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience, including HR generalist roles. Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR regulations. Experience managing teams, especially recruiters. Proficiency in HR management systems (ADP a plus). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with international recruitment and immigration. Strong skills in training and development. Experience in managing workplace injury claims. Bilingual (French and English). Experience in snow removal, landscaping, or construction (a plus).
