We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in our continued growth and success. Position Summary The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strategic oversight, problem solving expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to guide teams and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams of contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure smooth execution. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. Budget Oversight: Track project budgets, identify cost saving opportunities, and ensure financial accountability. Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks or delays. Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to legal, safety, and environmental standards. Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership and clients. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. PMP certification is a strong asset. Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of project management experience in the ICI construction sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and an understanding of contract structures and procurement processes.
