    Position Summary: At Sym-Tech Dealer Services, customer experience is at the core of our product offering and our team of Claims Administrators are responsible for the facilitation of claim payments to our dealers and customers.
    As a Claims Administrator, you would report to the Director of Claims Operations. The primary responsibility of the Claims Administrator is to ensure proper documentation is obtained for claims before issuing payment. These claims are submitted through on-line portals, email or by telephone. Once all the documentation is received and validated, the Claims Administrator will process payment.
    Position Functions: Respond to customer and dealership inquiries via phone, email and on-line portals. Administer warranty claims by creating case files and follow up with customer or dealership for outstanding material (documents and invoices). Ensure claim requests received are handled accurately and, in a time, efficient manner. Meet productivity objectives and SLAs set by the department in terms of service levels and speed of claim payment. Process and pay claims once all documents are received and accurate. Collaborate with Accounting on claim / invoice processing. Provide general support to the Claims Operations team. Adapt quickly to system changes and/or modifications. Handle issues or complaints and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved. Perform additional duties as required by management. Provide best in class customer service.

    Position Summary: The Reporting Development Manager is responsible for ensuring data quality, as well as delivering reporting and analytics support through effective leadership of their team. This role will be critical in leading the reporting functions, ensuring data integrity and driving data-driven decision-making throughout Sym-Tech.
    Position Functions: Provide leadership and management to the reporting team, offering guidance, mentorship and support to ensure objectives are met. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS and emerging technologies to support data integrity, business operations and strategic decision-making. Oversee data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources. Collaborate closely with various business units to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Continuously enhance reporting processes and systems. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reporting processes. Day-to-day engagement with information technology application delivery and support teams to ensure that all delivery milestones are met.     Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
    Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. A broad understanding of business technologies, standards, applications and solutions relevant to a mid-size corporation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting and data analysis. Minimum of 5 years of relevant Microsoft enterprise full stack solution development & technologies experience. Minimum 5 years of people management experience. Proven experience with Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS. Strong proficiency in SQL and database management. Experience with ETL processes using SSIS. Knowledge of SSRS for creating and managing reports. Experience on design of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. In depth knowledge of project management methods and tools. Certified Scrum Master certificate is an asset. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

    Position Summary: As a Marketing Manager (12-month contract position) at Sym-Tech Dealer Services, you will lead the development, execution and monitoring of annual marketing plans, programs, and strategies. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
    Content Creation: Based our competitive positioning in the F&I industry, partner with the Bilingual Communications Manager to generate new and relevant content to effectively differentiate Sym-Tech products and services for dealers, dealer groups OEMs and consumers.
    Creativity : Foster new ideas and concepts for the positioning and development of various marketing and communications materials, ensuring they interpret the Sym-Tech brand experience and are presented in a compelling manner.
    People Management: Employ a team approach to contribute to the overall success of the marketing group Coach and mentor individual members of the team for career fulfillment and success Prioritize individual task and project intake and set expectations.
    Budget Management Lead the development and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives. Monitor expenditures, ensure cost-effectiveness, and provide financial insights for budget optimization. Own any ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Product and Marketing or other Executive management.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computing Science / Information Systems 8+ years of Application Development Management experience. 5+ years of people management experience. 10+ years of Microsoft enterprise full stack solution development experience. Proficient on modern stack solution development including, but not limited to, jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, .NET Core, Node.js, DAPR, ETL, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience on design of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and microservice architectures. Excellent understanding of application development environments and techniques and the key operational activities required to maintain enterprise-level applications. In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools. Experience working with vendors and managing external relationships. Certified Scrum Master certificate an asset. Experience with PCMI’s PCRS Policy Administration System software beneficial. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Applications (NAV and CRM).
