DESCRIPTION D'EMPLOI Le titulaire de ce poste soutient l’équipe des ventes nationales en lui fournissant un soutien administratif, en réglant les problèmes de service à la clientèle et en collaborant étroitement avec tous les services internes, en particulier ceux des ventes internes, du marchandisage et des opérations.
RESPONSABILITÉS Produire divers rapports pour permettre au service des ventes nationales d’effectuer le suivi des ventes, du service et des niveaux de stock. Gérer les réclamations en matière de qualité et la production de rapports pour les principaux clients du service des ventes nationales. Veiller à ce que les problèmes de service soient réglés en collaborant efficacement avec divers services internes. Veiller à ce que les bons guides de gestion des marchés/soumissions/commandes soient transmis aux unités de clients. Mettre régulièrement à jour les modèles Source pour divers clients. Participer à la planification et à la coordination d’événements spéciaux et de séances de formation. S’impliquer au niveau de projets supplémentaires, à la demande du directeur des ventes nationales ou de l’équipe des ventes nationales. Produire des rapports et fournir des renseignements, au besoin, à l’équipe de direction des ventes. Fournir un soutien informatique à la production de rapports dans Source, 360 et Cognos. Analyser les activités commerciales et cerner les possibilités au sein de la clientèle. Contribuer à l’organisation et au suivi des examens des activités, y compris en organisant les produits et les renseignements des fournisseurs. Coordonner et surveiller l’inscription et la désinscription des produits et les niveaux de stock, le cas échéant. Se conformer à la politique et aux procédures de Sysco quant à la sécurité alimentaire afin de garantir le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité alimentaire, de qualité et de légalité. Être disposé à travailler en toute sécurité en minimisant l’impact sur l’environnement et comprendre l’importance de signaler immédiatement à son supérieur hiérarchique tous les risques, incidents et déversements dans l’environnement Comprendre l’importance de son rôle dans sa propre sécurité et celle de ses collègues et être prêt à signaler tout danger. QUALIFICATIONS/COMPÉTENCES/EXIGENCES 1 an d’expérience en administration générale ou une combinaison d’études et d’expérience équivalente. La maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel est obligatoire,afin de pouvoir collaborer efficacement avec certains clients hors des provinces et assister à certaines réunions interprovinciales en anglais. RESPONSABILITÉS : Articuler et démontrer la proposition de valeur de Sysco afin d’attirer les nouveaux clients vers les produits, services et promotions de Sysco en utilisant des méthodes de vente consultative. Effectuer la planification stratégique des comptes, développer de nouvelles relations commerciales, faire croître le portefeuille de comptes et fidéliser les clients afin d’atteindre une croissance des ventes fructueuse sur le territoire attribué. Évaluer les besoins des clients et analyser les tendances du marché afin de développer des solutions axées sur le client. Gérer le crédit et les comptes débiteurs. Superviser la gestion de la fixation des prix et la stratégie associée pour le territoire. Suivre les activités et les résultats, collaborer sur les occasions qui se présentent et se faire le champion du processus de vente en équipe grâce à l’utilisation de Salesforce (l’outil CRM de Sysco). This role is responsible for the account management and growth of independent sales with a territory size between $4-6 million in annual sales.Role Responsibilities:Articulate and demonstrate the Sysco value proposition to engage and onboard new customers to Sysco products, services, and promotions using consultative selling methods.Responsible for Strategic Account Planning, developing new business, growing account portfolio, and retaining customer accounts to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory.Evaluate customer business needs and analyze market trends to develop customer-centric product and service solutions.Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.Leverage Sales technology and business resources to provide end-to-end sales consultative services.Credit and Accounts Receivables management.Utilizes PMT & Deal Manager to support territory and market share growth.Oversight to pricing management and strategy for the territory.Track activities and results, collaborate on opportunities, and champion the team selling process through use of Salesforce (Sysco’s CRM tool).May be required to work non-traditional hours, while also providing a level of individual autonomy to support and successfully meet customer needs.Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you):Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience; CPSA designation is preferred.Proven ability to cultivate relationships and grow sales.Strong financial and business acumen and ability to properly plan and execute business plans.Demonstrated skills in the area of consultative selling, networking and negotiations.Business and restaurant operations acumen to manage sophisticated customers.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and influence a variety of key stakeholders.Ability to express information in terms of profit and loss, food cost and expense ratio.Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with internal and external teams.Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time.Ability to learn the use of proprietary CRM tools for planning and forecasting sales growth.Ability to understand and manage compliance to contracts.Solid analytical problem-solving skills, including familiarity with analyzing reports and deriving insights from data.Proactive, self-directed, with the ability to structure a weekly schedule to be successful.Proficient in Microsoft Applications Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to a vehicle is required.Application Process:Internal candidates apply via the Career Centre on your HR Portal / ADP Workforce Now.
