We are looking for a
Head of Sales
with strong experience in
Inside sales and techno-commercial proposals . The role involves lead management, client coordination, proposal preparation, and supporting sales closures by working closely with internal technical and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of Inside Sales Executives
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements
Prepare and support in preparing the
Techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, and quotations
Liaise with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and solution alignment.
Ensure proposals meet client requirements, compliance standards, and commercial viability.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and proposal stage.
Address client queries related to scope, commercials, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain strong relationships to enhance conversion and repeat business.
Skills
Strong understanding of
Techno-commercial proposals and costing
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in B2B inside sales / sales support / pre-sales
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Ability to work with
cross-functional and global teams
Support contract finalization and handover to operations teams.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in
Inside Sales / Sales Support / Pre-Sales
Exposure to solution-based or service-based sales preferred
