    About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about guest experience, and knows how to build, train, and motivate high-performing teams.
    As Restaurant Manager, you will be fully accountable for operational excellence, food quality, team performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
    Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest ExperienceOversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and consistent qualityDeliver an exceptional guest experience by proactively resolving concerns and maintaining service standardsEnsure food preparation, presentation, and portioning meet company expectationsMonitor restaurant performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction
    Leadership & Team ManagementRecruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members in a high-volume QSR environmentProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluationsLead by example to foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace cultureMaintain appropriate staffing levels to support operational needs
    Food Safety & ComplianceEnforce all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations in compliance with local health codesEnsure proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness standards are followed at all timesConduct regular checks to maintain a safe and organized workplace
    Inventory & Financial ControlManage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier coordinationControl food costs, labor costs, and cash handling proceduresUtilize POS systems (TOAST POS experience is an asset) for transactions, reporting, and daily reconciliation
    Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with HQ and crew members to maintain menu consistency and explore new offeringsAnalyze sales, labor, and operational data to identify growth and improvement opportunitiesImplement company policies, procedures, and operational best practices consistently
    Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role (QSR experience preferred)Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standardsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience with POS systems; TOAST POS experience is an assetSolid understanding of cash handling, inventory management, and basic financial reportingBackground in hospitality or hotel management is considered an assetAbility to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detailEnglish proficiency requiredValid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
