    CONTEXTE Nous sommes actuellement à considérer des talents pour un important joueur du domaine de l’équipement et de la machinerie lourde pour combler un rôle d’envergure à leur succursale de la ville de Québec. Couvrant la grande région de Québec, le territoire desservi par cette succursale s’étend jusqu'au bas St-Laurent.
    Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à assurer un bon fonctionnement des opérations de la succursale, gérer les ventes de pièces et services et bien évidemment les marges. Votre temps sera fortement occupé dans diverses rencontres avec vos divers départements à charge, à la gestion des inventaires, à la gestion de l’établissement et bien évidemment à la résolution de problèmes. Au niveau plus quantitatif, votre travail sera évalué sur la performance financière de votre équipe, mais également sur la qualité et la vitesse du service de vos équipes en atelier et sur la route.
    Le développement des affaires ne sera pas de votre responsabilité directe, mais votre implication auprès des comptes majeurs sera importante. En collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes externes en équipements et en machinerie, vous assurez la meilleure des stratégies pour augmenter les parts de marché des comptes actifs et maximiser la collaboration avec vos équipes de ventes de pièces et de services.
    Direction et opérations sont les deux termes clé ici, nous cherchons un profil d'affaire avec une capacité à opérer et mener à bon port les diverses équipes gravitant dans votre succursale.

  • Job Title: SR. Associate, Investment Administration and Fund Accounting Job Description The Associate, Public Markets in Investment Operations will be primarily responsible for the ongoing operations and administration of the Public Markets portfolio. The Associate’s primary responsibility will be the end-to-end lifecycle of public market investments (Fixed Income, Equity), and ongoing support of these investments. The associate will also be responsible for collaborating with Investment and other internal stakeholders to meet the needs of the portfolio. Responsibilities Support investment accounting, operational support, and valuation services within Investment Finance for public market and derivative investments (Fixed Income, Equity, TRS, OTC assets). Provide excellent knowledge and support for the end-to-end lifecycle of public market instruments including trade processing, settlement, interest settlements, corporate actions, pricing, etc. Oversee daily pool activity and pricing validation. Provide oversight and review on month-end/quarter-end accounting close processes and offer support when necessary to resolve ad-hoc issues.
