Summary Of Position
Our client seeks an experienced Project Director to assist with their expansion in the Calgary market. Role Responsibilities

Strong local market network in Calgary and proven experience in business development and client relationship management – a proven track record (beyond proposal involvement)

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Comprehensive knowledge of Alberta building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
Experience in establishing and growing a team or office location is a plus
