This role is ideal for a construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing site activities end-to-end, and is committed to building with quality, safety, and efficiency. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of residential construction projects from initiation to completion. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s Health & Safety Program. Direct and manage site teams to construct projects in line with contracts, drawings, and specifications. Oversee quality control to make sure work meets or exceeds established standards. Manage site costs and support procurement processes in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to keep work efficient, professional, and aligned with project goals. Supervise and motivate assistants, hourly staff, and equipment resources for maximum productivity. Administer site documentation and reporting systems in a professional, organized manner. Review scopes of work and identify any discrepancies to the project manager. Proven experience as a Site Superintendent (or similar role) in residential construction.
