  • Manufacturing Process Engineer  

    - Windsor

    Position Summary Technicut Tool (TCT) is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for our Windsor, Ontario location. This is a hands‑on, full‑time position with day‑to‑day responsibilities for driving best‑in‑class results through the development of people and processes. This role will provide the manufacturing shop with the documents needed to produce products to best practice manufacturing procedures.     *This position works Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The pay range for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience*

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Reviews customer PO and prints and creates Production / Inspection Plan in a form that enables verification against the customer requirements (traveler package).

    Updates the Production / Inspection Plan (traveler package) documentation as changes occur.

    Create and update Master Process Template plans for production parts

    Plans and maintains the documents required to ensure compliance with product and customer requirements and effective control of operations and processes.

    Provides engineering support to manufacturing by acting as an engineering interface to resolve manufacturing problems on the assembly floor

    Reviews customer specifications and defines raw materials needed for purchasing and submits on company‑approved requisition form.

    Assists in the estimating process of parts in accordance with company procedures when needed.

    Provides a point‑of‑contact for disposition of engineering change orders and deviations.

    Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

    3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience in an aerospace industry is preferred.

    Strong understanding of machining (milling, turning, EDM) processes.

    Microsoft Office experience, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

    CAD surfacing and solid modeling (Cimatron experience an asset).

    Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) experience.

    Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding note requirements, tolerance blocks and geometric tolerances, and print orientation.
