    Reporting to the VP, Sales, as a Community Liaison at telMAX, you will play a key role in introducing our innovative fibre optic services to residents and businesses across Southern Ontario. You'll represent our brand, engage with the community, and help generate leads for our sales team. You'll be responsible for building relationships, driving awareness, and helping to expand our customer base.

    Community Outreach : Act as a telMAX ambassador by engaging with residents and businesses on their doorsteps, educating them about the advantages of our fibre optic services and how telMAX can benefit their internet and communication needs.
    Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through door-to-door interactions and community engagement. Collaborate with the sales team to convert these leads into sales opportunities.
    Provide clear, engaging, and concise information about telMAX's services, answering any questions residents may have, and helping them understand the value of our services.
    Team Collaboration : Work alongside other team members to manage inquiries and share valuable insights with the sales team to enhance lead conversion efforts.
    Ability to travel to different neighborhoods, spending up to 75% of the time in the field.

    Ability to actively listen and respond professionally to community members.
    Lead Generation Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing is a plus.
    Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

    Your Position & How You Will Contribute:

    Based in York Region in a hybrid working environment – Reporting to the Director of Business Sales. The Business Development Executive Sales will be responsible for leading telMAX's entry into the commercial market. You will generate and qualify customer leads, communicate with Businesses, Property Management ad Building Owners within our geographic footprint, qualify their telecom needs and goals, and create a solution using our state-of-the-art fibre optic services. A knowledge of network systems, fibre optics, and past telecom experience would be greatly beneficial. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a drive to grow and foster relationships with clients, and the ability to educate businesses on the benefits of fibre optic networks.     Responsibilities & Key Duties include:

    Sales and Lead Generation:

    - Sell telMAX telecommunications services (fibre optics, internet, VOIP, etc.) to businesses, property managers, and building owners.
    - Generate, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline of warm and cold leads to meet sales quotas and targets.
    - Conduct outreach via cold calling, emails, and networking to identify potential customers within your territory.
    - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    - Customer Relations & Service:
    - Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring telMAX is positioned as a trusted partner for their telecom needs.
    - Educate customers about telMAX's products, services, bundles, and promotions to meet their unique business requirements.
    - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Sales Strategy & Management:

    - Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored telecom solutions that align with client needs.
    - Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring deals are mutually beneficial for both telMAX and the customer.
    - Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records, data, and activities in the CRM system.
    - Market Intelligence & Feedback:
    - Track and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to contribute to product development and pricing strategies.
    - Provide insights and recommendations to management on customer needs and ways to enhance service offerings.
    - Represent telMAX professionally and ethically at all times, adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

    Your Position & How You Will Contribute:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee, subcontractor management, and coordination for our residential, business, and multi-dwelling unit (MDU), installations. This role requires a dynamic individual with a solid understanding of telecom operations and installation, contract management, and the ability to manage small projects from initiation through completion. The Contract Manager will play a critical role in ensuring installation services meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations through appropriate control measures while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
    Responsibilities:Contract Management:Develop relationships, evaluate and support vendor selection, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage subcontractor performance and contract compliance.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract alignment with company policies and objectives.Analyze contract terms and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Validate performance metrics of subcontractors and optimize performance deliverables while maintaining cost structures.

    Your Position & How You Will Contribute:Based in York Region in a hybrid working environment – Reporting to the Director of Business Sales. The Business Development Executive Sales will be responsible for leading telMAX’s entry into the commercial market.     Responsibilities & Key Duties include:
    Sales and Lead Generation:Sell telMAX telecommunications services (fibre optics, internet, VOIP, etc.) to businesses, property managers, and building owners.Generate, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline of warm and cold leads to meet sales quotas and targets.Conduct outreach via cold calling, emails, and networking to identify potential customers within your territory.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Customer Relations & Service:Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring telMAX is positioned as a trusted partner for their telecom needs.Educate customers about telMAX’s products, services, bundles, and promotions to meet their unique business requirements.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Your Position & How You Will Contribute:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee, subcontractor management, and coordination for our residential, business, and multi-dwelling unit (MDU), installations. This role requires a dynamic individual with a solid understanding of telecom operations and installation, contract management, and the ability to manage small projects from initiation through completion. The Contract Manager will play a critical role in ensuring installation services meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations through appropriate control measures while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
    Responsibilities:Contract Management:Develop relationships, evaluate and support vendor selection, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage subcontractor performance and contract compliance.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract alignment with company policies and objectives.Analyze contract terms and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Validate performance metrics of subcontractors and optimize performance deliverables while maintaining cost structures.
    Subcontractor Management:Onboard, and oversee subcontractors for telecom installations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.Monitor subcontractor performance, addressing issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.Ensure subcontractors are compliant with process and safety guidelines and adhere to project specifications.
