Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize delivery. Encourage innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption within teams. Required Qualifications 7+ years of professional IT experience in SAP project delivery. Minimum 5 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in SAP S/4HANA projects. Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, IBP, TM). Proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and DevOps practices. Excellent skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, servant leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at multiple levels. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent Agile certification. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Supply Chain Management. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation programs. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent Agile tools.
