Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and exercise judgment while maintaining a high level of efficiency. Experience in the use of human resources information systems. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting the company’s ERP (Infor CSD), our WMS platform (Infor WMS) and reporting systems (Tableau & Infor Birst) as well as providing guidance to increase workplace efficiencies and improve the organizations’ information systems. They will also provide analyses, solutions and tools to improve the organization and the management of tasks.
Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and daily resolution of reported in progress work flow issues by means of replication and research of existing documented work flows.Provide guidance on Infor CSD/WMS vulnerability assessments to help develop security standards and procedures that support operational objectives.Develop and documentation of procedures to solve moderately complex problems and increase workplace efficiencies through the enhancement of information systems.Provide analysis, solutions, and tools to improve the organization and management of tasks.Consult with system users to learn general purpose of systems and information requirements of positions involved in the data flow.Assist in the implementation of proactive process improvements.Test existing processes to assess the root cause of problems and address bottlenecks.Produce reports that will allow leadership to make informed decisions.Document, recommend, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
