    Role
    The Process Technology Sr Analyst/ Specialist is responsible for identifying and implementing best operational practices by applying technological improvements, supporting production requirements, optimizing processes and critical supply usage, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role directly contributes to operational efficiency within a safe and high‑performing manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities:
    Provides quality assurance for end products analyzing performance of the manufacturing process and designing or improving manufacturing practices.
    Complies with established quality standards designing a stable and defect-free process and tracking quality procedures from generation to implementation.
    Provides optimization to the process using technological information and reports from competitors, benchmarking activities, and R&D areas. Coordinates technological R&D activities in the area.
    Provides technical support ensuring the provision of technical service on initiatives of new projects related to the line/process.
    Ensures satisfaction of internal clients and external customers by monitoring product quality results and analyzing/implementing action plans as required.
    Collaborates in the fulfilment of cost objectives optimizing the use of the most relevant supplies.
    Collaborates in the compliance with line manufacturing programs verifying that the performance of machinery and instruments used in the production process respond to established use and efficiency criteria.
    Takes into consideration energy saving issues when developing phases and process.     Experience working in a steel mill or metal manufacturing environment is an asset.
    Experience using SAP is considered an asset.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) is an asset.

    LOCATION:DEPARTMENT:HR CONTACT:RoleThe Utility Specialist position within the Utility Operations department is labour intensive and supports manufacturing operations within the facility to produce premium threading connections on pipe accessories and full-length pipe as per customer specifications and needs within the oil and gas industry.Please note: Tenaris requires employees to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and fit test for this position as it is a safety sensitive position.Responsibilities:This Utility Specialist - Swage includes the functions: Saw, Stress Relief and Swage FunctionsThis specialty is an entry level position which can lead to progression to the phosphate specialty.Beginning at the most basic utility area and moving to more complex utility areas, operators perform varied functions within the premium threading production line, including but not limited to:Saw – cutting off damaged thread ends so pipe body can be repurposedSwage – a manufacturing process using a hydraulic press to cold form the ends bigger or smaller to accommodate premium connection dimensionStress Relief –– a manufacturing process of heating the pipe end to restore pipe properties after having been swageCross-training between utility specialties is important to flexible operationsPerform material handing activities such as loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or using material handling equipment such as conveyor belt, overhead crane or jib craneConduct and accurately complete pre-safety checklistsPerform equipment setup and machine changeover in an efficient and safe mannerProvide training and supervision of new personnelUsing power and manual tools, complete tasks efficiently and to quality standardsEnsure product quality complying with defined standards and reporting deviationsCarry out duties in an effective manner meeting productivity and efficiency standardsEnsure proper use of the company assets, detecting, reporting and troubleshooting malfunctioning equipmentAttend and participate in training activities to maintain and increase company knowledgeProactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement activitiesActively participate in company safety procedures and programs: correct unsafe work practices or situations;     Maintenance Supervisor I LOCATION: Nisku - Alberta  - Canada DEPARTMENT:  MAINTENANCE RoleAs a Base Maintenance Group Supervisor I, you will lead maintenance teams to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our manufacturing processes. Your role will encompass hands-on technical support, team leadership, and the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance actions to uphold equipment reliability and availability, while developing and supervising the Preventive Maintenance plan, conducting systematic equipment analysis to drive improvements, and supporting Engineering in evaluating and starting up new equipment. Responsibilities:Optimize equipment reliability by defining maintenance strategies, overseeing preventive maintenance, analyzing failures, and implementing corrective and improvement actions. Provide technical support during emergencies.Conduct and supervise inspections to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation.Maintain availability of critical technical resources by managing minimum stock levels.Support Engineering in evaluating, selecting, and commissioning new equipment, and advise other areas on maintenance-related topics.Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring costs align with approved limits.Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards, including reporting, inspections, investigations, and maintaining updated risk assessments.Use maintenance information systems to analyze data and support operational decision‑making.Contribute to programs aimed at reducing or optimizing energy use.Assess complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions with a high degree of autonomy.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support maintenance and operational priorities.Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to HR processes.Protect and ensure proper use of facilities, equipment, and other physical assets.Qualifications:5+ years of professional experience in a related role.Undergraduate degree in Engineering is preferred.Prior supervisory experience or experience mentoring and providing direction team members.Previous experience in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance plan.Previous SAP experience will be considered an asset.Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is an asset.Previous experience with CNC lathes is an asset.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Access and other Microsoft Office applications.Why Join Tenaris:
