About the Role
Teranet is currently looking for a SDET (Senior Test Automation Developer). As part of a horizontally engaged team, this role will engage with QA SME's, Developers and System Architects to understand application / solution requirements and assist specialized services team in the development of test automation strategies, approaches and implementation plans utilizing test automation best practices in addition to creation, maintenance and support for automation artifacts as requested.

What You’ll Be Doing
Participate in designing, developing, maintaining and optimizing automated scripts, automation frameworks or assisted tools (Utilities, Libraries, etc) that can support component-level testing automation for new functionalities, and a full-blown regression-testing suite for system-level end-to-end services (API's) and Web UI Deliver requested utilities / automation scripts / solutions in an agile fashion with speed, efficiency and accuracy ensuring automation best practices Support QA SME's / Support teams with failure investigation or automation related queries Attention to detail in regards to problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting approach Establish and support infrastructure needs related to automation testing Continuously improve automated testing methodologies to enable QA SME's to maximize test coverage of the full depth of enterprise products Investigate and recommend innovative automated test approaches and processes for existing and upcoming new enterprise software and hardware products that in QA’s testing scope Conduct feasibility studies (ROI) and provide recommendations Initiate and contribute to overall strategy and engineering efforts including planning, organizing, executing, and delivering
About You
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of QA experience 5+ years of experience in developing automation test scripts / frameworks using test automation tools supporting web-based applications is required. Includes experience with containers and parallel execution frameworks 3+ years experience in senior automation development role or related delivering KDD, TDD or BDD frameworks Proven experience in various types of testing (Automation, Functional, Regression, Browser compatibility, Integration, System, Configuration, Smoke, Accessibility, etc.) Proven experience with C#, .NET, PowerShell, selenium webdriver, Playwright, API and testing automation frameworks Proven experience with PL/SQL and RDBMS like MS SQL etc Proven knowledge in automating business tier using tools/frameworks: API, web services, REST and SOAP interfaces, stub creation, back-end testing, test data management etc Experience working with Jira, confluence and HP ALM is an asset Experience working with Azure Cloud technologies is an asset Accessibility certification is an asset

About the Role
Teranet is currently seeking a Manager, Enterprise Risk Management. You will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management and will be accountable for maintaining, developing, and enhancing key elements of the Risk Management program. This includes tasks such as managing tools, providing training, facilitating risk workshops, and assessing, monitoring, and reporting on risks to Senior Leadership.
You will work closely with Teranet’s Senior Leadership team to integrate ERM principles and practices into the organization’s management system, ensuring alignment with the Teranet ERM program. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement in the enterprise-wide management of ERM.
As the Risk Partner for the Commercial Solutions line of business and Foster Moore, you will collaborate with leadership teams to identify, analyze, prioritize, monitor, and report on both existing and emerging risks. Your work will ensure risk management excellence in support business operations. Your prior experience in risk management, coupled with your dedication to continuous improvement and learning, will allow you to provide expertise and leadership in managing enterprise-wide risks
What You’ll Be Doing : Support the quarterly process of risk updates and related reporting to the Enterprise Risk Committee (ERC) and Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) Complete risk advisory engagements (Data Governance, Business Continuity, Fraud Risk Assessment, etc.) Maintain our Digital Risk Register System (Resolver) Partner with and assist the Commercial Solutions business line and Foster Moore (including other business lines as we grow) in performing risk assessments, monitoring the adequacy of risk management, and reporting updates on risk status Maintain and update key metrics reports for the ERC, ARC, and the Board Promote ERM risk awareness and risk culture across the organization Engage appropriate stakeholders in enhancing internal processes and risk management capabilities, championing continuous improvement in managing risks (i.e., risk excellence). About the Role
Teranet is currently looking for a Fixed Term Senior Data Analyst to cover a maternity leave. The Data & Analytics team within the Financial Solutions line of business has an ambitious mandate, where we are accountable for leveraging Data & Analytics to deliver business value both internally as well as to external clients through the following:
Enhance existing or create new products and services with proprietary data assets and partnering with external data providers, through the application of data science Design and deliver custom data solutions to fulfill specific client needs Explore and analyze data to generate business insights to enhance decision-making Demonstrate thought leadership in the ecosystem in which we operate Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiencies across the organization

What You’ll Be Doing
The Senior Data Analyst is accountable for the entire lifecycle of each assigned use case, from user requirements all the way to delivery / production.
Data analysis and solution design (70%)
Engage with stakeholders (including external clients) to understand business requirements and objectives and translate them into data solutions. Translate business questions into technical data needs, ensuring alignment with project goals. Identify and acquire the best data sources available to meet analytics objectives. Explore data to build foundational data knowledge in subject domain, in partnership with data owners Ensure data quality and accuracy through thorough validation and testing. Present technical analyses and business insights in a meaningful and intuitive manner, in accordance with the target audience For each use case, thorough documentation of the objectives, analysis process, methods, and findings to meet quality standards and production requirements Design and build visually impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau. Actively partner with the internal teams to ensure that the use of data for each use case complies with Teranet policies and procedures

What you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering 5+ years of experience as a data analyst Proficiency in SQL and Python (regular usage, practical experience) is a must Practical Experience in data analysis: data cleaning, exploration, and modelling Proficiency in using data visualization tools (Tableau), other BI tools (PowerBI) and Excel.
