By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs As a core member of our Transformation Office – AXI Reporting Platform Transformation, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient reporting solutions for our clients and our business. AXI is the core Citco Fund Services Investor Services platform. Responsibilities Responsibilities As part of the AXI Reporting Platform Transformation, you will be working as a Business Subject Matter Expert/Business Analyst within the AXI Reporting Platform Transformation and Support Team. You will primarily focus on the AXI Reporting functions of the platform, which spans from IR Related reporting like Market Value Statements, PCAP, Confirmations, Capital Activity and holding reports to FA Related reporting, like allocator reports, NAV Financial Statements, Fee Breakdown reports and extracts. The reports can be customized client reports or global reports/extracts. The Team consists of Business Subject Matter Experts who support the business in day-to-day operations and represent the business stakeholders to determine and document the business requirements of the AXI Platform in collaboration with the IT Development Team. Your role will consist of the following functions: • Support Business Operations in configuring customized client reports a/o extracts • Support Business Operations in configuring global generic reports a/o extracts • Act as a Bridge between Business Operations and the AXI Report Development Team • Define, document and spec out calculations required in the reports/extracts • Understand the business rationale behind any reporting requirement • Participating in workshops with AXI Development team to define and document business requirements for development • Facilitate UAT/Testing of new developed reports, extracts or functionality • Work with business stakeholders to acquire business sign off for new or amended reports • Work as an integral part of the Transformation Office. • Liaise with key IT personnel and Business Analysts during the development process • Liaise with key Stakeholders and Plan Sponsors to identify improvements to systems and business process • Educate business users on new reports and promote knowledge of AXI Reporting • Provide level 2 local/global support for the AXI Platform Reporting • Trouble shoot, resolve complex problems and detect development solutions Any of the above tasks may be requested to be performed across other platforms within the Platform Transformation Office.
