Key Responsibilities Gain deep comprehensive knowledge of the site’s manufacturing facilities, process, equipment and utilities. Lead multidisciplinary team to develop the site’s Master Plan considering business and manufacturing needs regarding safety and environmental compliance, food safety and quality assurance requirements, operating efficiency improvement and cost and waste reduction. Create Project Conceptualization documents for the site’s Master Plan priorities, considering the technical, financial and operational feasibility of the proposed solutions. Generate Authorization for Expenditure documents based on completed Project Conceptualizations and follow the Company’s approval process.
